Our Story

Alexander PCs is a small shop PC builder founded by PC hobbyists (nerds) who have been building and modding systems for nearly 20 years. As a small shop, each and every customer is critically important to us. We are #UnreasonablyCommitted to ensure each and every system that leaves our shop is exactly what it should be, and that the ownership experience we deliver is one that will make our customers want to tell others about us.

Our build focus across our product line is to provide our customers maximum performance value at each price point. All of our systems are hand assembled beginning to end, tested, and subjected to a break-in period. We only use high quality, retail version hardware components from the best manufacturers in the industry. We take great care to ensure that our hardware pairings have the right features and chipsets to work well together. Our systems are packed with parts that are much higher quality than what’s available at the Big Box retailers for a similar price. Our ultimate aim as a company is to build an enthusiastic community of supporters and customers who strengthen and promote our brand and want to do business with us because they share our values. What values? We’re glad you asked...

Loyalty. Above all else, we are loyal to our customers and ourselves. Without our customers we have no business, solve no problems, fill no needs, add no value, and serve no purpose. We are loyal to ourselves and our values because we believe they define what we want our company to be and will ultimately make us successful.

Enthusiasm. We are passionate about what we do, and grateful that we are able to do what we enjoy to provide for ourselves and our families. We’ve done other things in the past, and certainly prefer this - that’s why we’re here. We believe that being enthusiastic about helping our customers will help our customers be more enthusiastic about us, too!

Value. We have to bring value to our customers and our brand. We are constantly evaluating and reevaluating components, performance benchmarks, and costs in order to ensure that our products are delivering the “best bang for your buck” to our customers. We frequently tweak components for all our models to ensure we’re on top of our game.

Fun. We’re a gaming and productivity company that believes in creating unique, personalized experiences for our customers. We want you to smile when you think about opening that box the day you got your system from us. We all believe that people may forget our name, forget what we said, or forget when we did something - but they will never forget how we made them feel. With that in mind, we want those feelings our customers remember to be the kind that makes them want to help us build our community and our brand.
